I am certainly a big fan of face masks, especially the ready made sheet style. Most beauty lovers enjoy the multifaceted joy masks bring. Not just a beauty therapy treatment but also they force you to have secret downtime in the confines of your abode.

The first thing I noticed about Skin Republic’s CoQ10 Caviar mask was the consistency of the moist facesheet. It was perfect. It did not drip like others and was creamy and beautiful. The second thing I noticed was the smell. This is actually incredibly important for me and it scores really big. There is nothing worse than being gassed with highly potent, strong ingredients and fragrance when they are on your face and around your nose. Big scores here for this mask. The mask did not slide off or become dry. The mask (unlike others) did not cause any irritation whatsoever, no stinging, no burning, no drying. Fantastic!

After using the mask, indeed my skin felt wonderful and soft. I left the residue on after mask removal and simply rubbed in in and left my skin.

Most of you remember my first time meeting the Klara brand in the supermarket. Oh that packaging beckoned to me and look at this new type of amazing I shall frolic with!

Formulated to mimic Microdermabrasion in a bottle… here’s one hell of a mindblowing part. When I (naturally .. as you do) wanted to feel the consistency, I simply popped a tiny bit on the back of my hand… On my hand was scrawling notes in pen, the pen literally disappeared immediately. Purifying Mud Mask Enriched with Aloe Vera

Best Face mask I have EVER USED.

I was given a sample for this product and I finally decided to give it a whirl.

A lot of people commented on my make up the day I used the mask

and how flawless it was. Usually my make up looks great, until I put my glasses on and I can see my pores and it doesn’t look so hot.

Before my makeup application, I tried the purifying mud mask by Health and Beauty Minerals I was beyond overjoyed when I rinsed it off.

I have been a serial mask user for as long as I can remember and the only feeling they ever seem to give me was just feeling

Dior – Pore Minimizer- Skin Refining Matte Primer

I have used some pore minimisers before and Dior Pore Minimizing Base Skin Refining Matte Primer 30ml 1 OZ NIB is by far the best primer I have used.

This amazing concoction of the gods, glides over the skin and nestles in over the pores to make way for your foundation of choice.

Even when worn without foundation over the top this Matte creamy primer makes the skin look impressively better looking.

The consistency of this amazing cream is soft and silky and not at all sticky like many of the other primers out there. It reminds me a lot like cream based highlighters, light on the skin and flattering as hell!

I was wandering around my local healthfood store and as always the “beauty stand” always calls to me with its always aesthetic pleasing packaging.

Wizards of packaging! How are they so amazing at this? I feel less guilty when using such products I feel like I am doing my skin a favour even by smelling the “natural” products before even applying them to my face.

I have to say, The Jojoba company have an impeccable team when it comes to packaging.

As you can imagine, this bright yellow delightful oil packaged in a frosted glass pump was beckoning me. Not only am I a sucker for Natural products but beautiful packaging because all of my make up and skincare are clearly on display. This was a showpiece alright.

I see different sizes there but to be safe, I choose the 30ml Jojoba -(pronounced “hohoba” ) It is a modest $19.95. SOLD! I sit down and have lunch and eye my new prize. Yes, I kept touching the frosted glass like any texture lover does, excited to try this natural skin elixir.

My skin was in the process of peeling from microdermabrasion so it needed moisturising and protection. I was using a natural vitamin E moisturiser, however once I read the properties and uses of this magic yellow oil, I decided to use that.

After a day of use, the redness of my microdermabrasion subsided and had healed much quicker than the typical moisturisers or lotions I have used. The skin on my hand which has a small area suffering from Dermatitis was healed just about overnight and was finally NOT itchy. Even steroid creams did not alleviate this problem, props to The Jojoba company for this item!

I found Jojoba not that kind of oil that feels terrible on either. I found it easy to wear and even applied my full face of make up over it. I highly recommend it to anyone who has sensitive skin, for those who have had microdermabrasion and are recovering. I found this to also be exceptional for my hands without that greasy oily feeling. I wore it to bed and woke up with a beautifully soft face and then I remembered why
